Joe Volin
Joe Volin has been practicing law for over 35 years. His clients often say he has a knack for explaining complex legal problems and their solutions in Plain English. The focus of Joe’s practice is helping people worried about becoming a burden to their families as they age. He regularly helps people with asset protection, long term care planning, estate planning, revocable living trusts, wills, elder law, and Veteran’s Disability claims.
Joe grew up in a small town about an hour northwest of Chicago called Algonquin. After going to college at Western Illinois University and law school at Southern Illinois University he worked for a Chicago area law firm that primarily represented major corporations and insurance companies. Although the work was interesting, Joe wanted to represent people, not corporations.
He moved to Arizona and in 1986 opened his own practice. He has been representing individuals and small business owners ever since. Joe Volin has been selected as one of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers based on peer review. Joe is also the co-author of the book “Advanced Estate Planning Techniques in Arizona,” published by the National Business Institute, and the 2014 Arizona Edition of “Don’t Go Broke in a Nursing Home!” published by AFFC Publications. Joe opened his office in Louisville, Colorado in 2017.
