Just the Truth! First and foremost: Jimmy is the man! If you are wanting a straightforward type of lawyer he is the man to hire. If you want to be given false promises and hopes then keep searching. I found Jimmy by doing some looking as every other lawyer I talked to kept giving me the “we’ll fight this and win” attitude. He kept it very professional and straight with me which right away made my decision. He let me know the real and possible outcomes from the get go. I was facing 200 days in jails and 3 charges that would have destroyed my life in my industry I worked in. Using his finesse and magic skills I was able to be granted into military diversion in a case that I would consider dead to rights. This man literally did the impossible and saved my life. God forbid I ever need a criminal defense lawyer again but best believe Jimmy is the one I will. For my Veterans, he is a supporter and understands our struggles. I cannot express the gratitude I have for him. Thank you Jimmy!

Attorney who cares Being able to work with Jimmy was truly a great experience! Initially this was an old case that I had hope to put behind me, however, it kept finding a way to creep back into my life and when my previous attorney said nothing could be done I initially lost all hope. I remember meeting Jimmy and remembered him being a defense attorney and thought it was worth asking. I reached out during the weekend not really expecting a response until Monday, but he immediately called me and asked me about my case. I gave him a brief description and he was able to put me at ease and said he would happily take on the case. To be honest, I was hesitant at first as my previous attorney said nothing could be done, but something in me told me to just go with it and I’m sure glad I did. Not only was he extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process, he was able to get my so called “unfixable” issue resolved. I am truly grateful that Jimmy was able to help me and know he has done so for so many other people as well. Lawyers are the people that you hope you never need, however, glad that I know Jimmy if I ever needed anything again. With the legal system already so confusing, I’m glad that there are passionate lawyers like Jimmy to walk you through the process and give you some hope back into our legal system. Thank you Jimmy!

Biography

My practice is limited to Criminal Defense and DUI's. My criminal law background, and experience in the field provides me with a unique point of view of the criminal system that allows me to more appropriately advocate on behalf of my clients. I truly believe that good people often times make bad choices and/or decisions in life, and that everyone is entitled to good representation.

EXCLUSIVE PRACTICE - My practice is limited to Criminal Defense, and DUI's exclusively. I graduated law school with a certificate in criminal law studies. A certificated allotted to only a few students who go above and beyond their normal curriculum in the field of criminal law. While at UCLA and law school, I worked as an intern for a local criminal defense firm. While in law school, I externed in the Orange County Public Defender's Office and Juvenile Defender's Office. Upon graduation of law school, I opened up my own criminal defense practice to defend those who have been accused of committing a crime. This is all I have ever done, and all I ever will do in the field of law, as it is has been my life long goal and passion to help other people.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - I treat clients the way I would want my mother to be treated if she was facing legal problems - with honestly, kindness, and respect. I don't scare clients into retaining me. I am honest and straight forward about a case, even when it is something the client does not want to hear. I answer all my calls personally because the last thing you want to do is call your attorney and get a secretary who has no idea who you are or the posture of your case. If I do not pick up your call, leave a message. I will call you back asap.

FREE CONSULTATIONS - I will personally speak to you over the phone, and try to answer any questions that you may have. An informed client is the best client.

I'm located in Fullerton, CA. Call for a free consultation. (714) 676-5451 or you can reach me on my work cell at (310) 498-1201.

Q. Can a passenger be charged with contraband found during an inventory search in California?
A: The short answer "yes". With that being said, there's a lot of factors that go into defending a case like this. You may want to contact a local attorney to determine whether your boyfriend has any viable defenses against these charges.
Q. I need to obtain an arrest record that happened on September 18, 2008.
A: Here is the link to where you can obtain the information you are requesting.

https://oag.ca.gov/fingerprints/visaimmigration
Q. Ok i was dropped from a 3 month DUI program ...
A: Unfortunately, the DMV requires you to enroll and complete a 3 months DUI program (AB541) in order to get your license back. You can request from the court that they let you re-enroll into the program so you don't have to start all over but if 10 years has passed, I'm affraid they might not let you do so.
