Jim is sharp, talented, conscientious and without definately would not have prevailed without him I had a probate/title issue that Jim handled for me. After researching many attorneys with specific legal expertise in probate/title issues, I knew I needed the best of the best and not a "generalist". After an exhaustive search I chose Jim Fletcher to represent me. I read his blogs/website and that demonstrated that he was a subject matter expert. Short story is the other side tried to throw a wrench in our case by delaying and/or throwing up distractions so that we would miss critical deadlines.
