Jill is an excellent communicator. She is factual, punctual and completely researches subjects during representation of clients. She is loved by her clients for providing fair and reasonable expectations during litigation. She "tells it like it is"....good, bad or indifferent. This is what you want in a lawyer. Honesty coupled with ethics. Not your average family lawyer.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

Her legal knowledge is impeccable. She was the first in the State of Texas to successfully argue a specifically complicated family law legal issue that most common litigators would not or could not handle. She is very well liked by the judges, as she often appears in court and gets to the heart of the matter She is also respectful to opponents and lets the arguments speak for themselves. Many of her clients are "from the other side", where opposing parties in the past recommend her.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

She is detailed to put it bluntly. Her background in banking suits her clients well in that during complicated divorces that involve significant money, nothing slips through the cracks. Her representation often involves complex cases involving same sex marriage or complicated child custody.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Jill is particularly good in mediation where communication is at a premium. Delivering arguments to opposing counsel without being contentious as many family law lawyers are.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Jill's ethics are unmatched. She has dealt with complex matters involving parties that require care because of being infirmed or deceased. He billing practices are top notch. Clients know what to expect and when to expect it.
