As a collaboratively trained attorney and certified mediator, she works closely with her clients to help them through the often difficult divorce process. As a parent, Attorney Lowe understands just how fraught child custody situations can be. Previously a parent attorney in juvenile dependency and termination of parental rights matters with Dauphin County Children and Youth, Attorney Lowe now works as a part-time Assistant Solicitor for the Agency. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC and her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Attorney Lowe currently is the President of the Junior League of Harrisburg, a past member of the YWCA’s Junior Board, and a member of Keystone Mothers of Multiples (KMOM).
