Prior to starting my practice, I gained valuable experience in reviewing search and seizure motions. Many times people are wrongfully charged due to improperly obtained evidence, and that's where I can help. In addition to criminal defense, I'm also actively involved with narcotics policy and reform. I represent several San Diego medical marijuana dispensaries and collectives and ensure that their rights are protected during the administrative process of opening a legal clinic.
