Jeremy S. Stuart
I am a founding partner of Allred Vogt & Stuart. I am a trial lawyer who has obtained numerous successful jury verdicts for my clients. These verdicts include cases involving slip and falls, catastrophic personal injuries, brain injuries, and wrongful deaths. As a result of my trial experience and success, I have consistently been recognized by my peers. I have repeatedly been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and one of Utah’s Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine.
My practice includes all areas of personal injury. I specialize in cases involving automobile accidents, truck accidents, construction injuries, and wrongful death.
Prior to founding Allred Vogt & Stuart, I was a shareholder at one of Utah’s oldest law firms. During that time, I represented many of the nation’s largest insurance companies, trucking companies, building supply companies, and retailers. This experience provided me with invaluable information that I now use to maximize the value of my client’s personal injury claims.
