- Q. I was accused at my job. Said I was inappropriate with the patient but the job cleared me to come back to work
- A: If the police are investigating a potential crime, it would be in your best interest to retain an attorney immediately. The attorney will review the facts with you in detail and be in a better position to advise you of your options and best course of action.
- Q. Downgrade of felony case to misdemeanor?
- A: It sounds like there are facts and circumstances that the prosecutor in charge of the case should be made aware of. I would recommend contacting a local criminal defense attorney asap who will work on your behalf. Best of luck!
