Once the fee is paid, does the bare minimum and is non-responsive I have to say that I am more than disappointed with how unprofessional Mr. Zimring is. The last thing I wanted to do was file bankruptcy. The initial consultations seemed like things would go smooth. Somehow his fee got paid before any of my creditors even started getting paid and, because he had his money, emails go unanswered, phone calls don't get returned, if I get an answer to a question 95% it's incomplete or inaccurate. I call and get his assistant, who then tells me my message will be passed on for him to call me back. Which never happens. I send emails to document my questions and a month can easily go by with me sending follow up emails to try to get a response. I was patient during the pandemic because I figured enough things are messed up and complicated but, that's not a problem anymore. I felt having an attorney was best to ensure that the legalities were navigated properly but, all he did was literally fill in Upright Laws software form and then sat back and collected his money.
