Jeff helped me with a case in which a lender had failed to release a lien after a debt had been settled. He also assisted with a mediation in a Family Court case that was affected by the client's personal injury claim.

Jeff was directed to contact the state agency to determine whether the lien had been released, and then to contact the lender to obtain proof the debt had been settled. He quickly completed tasks as directed.

Based on his legal education, Jeff knew which state agency to contact, and he had no trouble identifying the method for contacting the lender. His knowledge about personal injury claims was especially helpful for the Family Court client's negotiations.
