- Activities: In November 2004, Mr. Brenner was elected to the Town Council in Barrington, Rhode Island. He has been president of the Barrington Town Council since December 2004. From 1992 to 2004, Mr. Brenner was a member of the Zoning Board in Barrington and served as chairman from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Brenner has been a member of the Barrington Democratic Town Committee since 1996. He served as chairman of the Town Committee from 1999 to 2005.
