Yeda v. ImCloneMember of litigation team for plaintiff Yeda in pending action to correct inventorship of patent relating to the use of ImClone’s monoclonal antibody cetuximab (Erbitux TM). Jeannie contributed to a successful motion for summary judgment dismissing defendant ImClone’s affirmative defenses of bona fide purchaser and estoppel. Defendants’ motion for summary judgment on inventorship was denied and the case is set to go to trial in June.
