Jean Marie Middleton

Ms. Middleton has served as the Chief of Litigation for the School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida which is the nation’s fourth (4th) largest school district. She previously served in a similar position as Senior Counsel for Personnel at the School District of Palm Beach County, Florida from 2002 to 2005.
Ms. Middleton has over 23 years of legal experience which incudes litigation experience and 10 years of managerial experience in both the private and public sectors. Her prior experience includes serving as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami, Florida; Staff Attorney for the City of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; Corporate Attorney & Senior State Relations Consultant for Lincoln National Corporation and Manager, State Filings Department for American Bankers Insurance Group.
