
Jason S. Lomax
As a partner in the firm of Aumiller Lomax, LLC, Jason Lomax focuses his practice on workplace and negligence injury matters. Specifically, Mr. Lomax assists federal workers in workplace injury claims under the Federal Employees Compensation Act (FECA), and employees in workplace injury claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA) and its extensions (i.e. Defense Base Act). In addition, Mr. Lomax litigates negligence injury claims on behalf of railroad workers under the Federal Employer Liability Act (FELA) and seamen under the Jones Act.
Mr. Lomax started his career in a small general practice firm in Voorhees, New Jersey. Later, Mr. Lomax formed Lomax Law Firm, LLC in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where he continued the general practice format, but with more of a focus on personal injury and litigation. Eventually, Lomax Law Firm, LLC merged with another local practice forming Aumiller Lomax, LLC focusing almost exclusivley on helping injured workers in federal or maritime settings.
Mr. Lomax received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law (Camden) in 2001 and his B.S. from the University of Scranton in 1997. He was admitted to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Lomax resides in Camden County, New Jersey with his wife and three daughters.
