Jason is a truly great immigration lawyer Jason saved us months or even a year of trouble that other good law firms didn't and/or wouldn't have caught, twice. I initially did the best legal research I could have done on my own before contacting him, but ultimately the specific immigration pathway we were considering would have been unnecessarily complicated, time consuming and expensive even though it was legally valid. Critically, we interviewed a couple other law firms, and they didn't give us advice that would avoid that year plus inefficient use of resources. They were just "oh yeah, we'd love to help you with that", with no question of whether that was the best or most cost-effective solution for my family. Jason was the only lawyer out of the respected lawyers we interviewed who actually pointed out a huge improvement for our specific immigration pathway, and these other law firms were also highly competent and had great reviews. I can't emphasize this enough, Jason gave us advice that saved us a year of trouble during our consultation, that other highly competent and respected law firms just didn't think of to give and overlooked. I would say the value of that is incalculably high. Then Jason also saved us from another huge "gotcha" moment that would have really delayed our immigration plans if we tried to do it on our own. One of the forms was quietly updated over the weekend to make some changes due to Trump admin political positions, but these changes were rolled out with no grace period and minimal if any announcement, right as we were about to submit our forms. However, submitting the old form would be a summary rejection despite it having been the correct form before the weekend started. Jason caught this and saved our application. I honestly wouldn't even necessarily expect many very competent lawyers to catch this, given how completely blindsiding this was. So that's two different ways Jason probably saved us months or even years of trouble, compared to going with another law firm, not even just doing it yourself. It goes without saying that we really appreciate Jason's help. On top of that, he's always had a really great attitude and been great to work with. My wife and I are perhaps overly analytical and ask a ton of questions, but Jason has always been incredibly nice to us and patiently answered every last one of our questions. Jason, thanks for saving us a whole year of our life and allowing us to be together as a family, you really did us a solid in a way that a conventional review can't fully convey.

Outstanding Immigration Attorney, Couldn't Recommend More Highly Jason and his team were absolutely incredible throughout our entire immigration process. From day one, they saved us so much time and stress by handling everything efficiently and professionally. What really stood out was how reassuring Jason was during what could have been a really overwhelming experience, and he always made us feel like we were in very good hands. We had tons of questions (probably way more than the average client!), and Jason patiently answered every single one. Even when he was on vacation, Jason still responded promptly to our concerns. That level of dedication really meant the world to us. Jason has this amazing ability to break down complex immigration law into simple terms that actually make sense. He walked us through each step of the laws, our options and the process and during the whole process he would send helpful reminders so we never missed important deadlines or interviews. All our forms were kept current and properly filed, his attention to detail was impressive. When we made a mistake on one of our forms, we were honestly pretty panicked about it. But Jason immediately reassured us that it wasn't a huge deal and was completely fixable. His calm, confident response turned what felt like a major crisis into just a minor bump in the road. That kind of reassurance when you're stressed about your future is invaluable. His knowledge of immigration law is clearly extensive, and you can tell he really knows what he's doing. But honestly, the biggest thing is that Jason potentially saved us from being separated for up to two years. That alone makes everything worth it, but the fact that he made the whole process so much easier than we expected was just the cherry on top. If you need an immigration attorney, don't hesitate to work with Jason. He'll take great care of you.
