Jason Ollman

Jason Ollman is a dedicated and highly experienced attorney who is committed to giving each client clear, thorough and honest advice at every step of the legal process to empower his clients to make the decisions that are right for them and their unique situation.
He believes that a good criminal defense attorney should be empathetic and compassionate as well as a good communicator. They should understand the stress and anxiety that comes with being charged with a crime and be able to offer support and reassurance throughout the legal process.
Jason Ollman has a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and knows how to navigate the complexities of any case. After graduating from law school, Mr. Ollman went on to serve as an Assistant Public Defender in Rhode Island for 13 years.
During his time as a Public Defender, Mr. Ollman represented countless clients in every courthouse in Rhode Island in both District and Superior Court. In 2019, he was promoted to the Chief of the District Court Unit, where he trained new attorneys, supervised the internship program, and aided in several treatment courts and legislative initiatives.
Mr. Ollman has extensive experience handling all aspects of criminal defense, including trials, pretrial motions, and violation of probation hearings.
