Jason Oldenburg
Wisconsin's Premier Work Injury Law OfficeJason R. Oldenburg is the founding member of the Injury and Disability Law Office of Wisconsin. He was previously a partner with a prominent worker's rights and union law firm. He graduated summa cum laude from Winona State University in 2001 and earned his law degree from Marquette University in 2004, graduating cum laude. Mr. Oldenburg practices in the areas of personal injury, worker's compensation and social security disability. He maintains a statewide practice and exclusively represents injured individuals. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association for Justice and is a past president of the Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys. He is admitted to practice before the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Eastern District. He has been named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2008 through 2012 and a Super Lawyer from 2013 to Present. He is a frequent lecturer and presenter throughout the State of Wisconsin on the topic of Worker's Compensation.
