I met Jason several years ago at a legal conference. Many folks you meet at a conference you never speak to again but Jason came across as very sincere. We have stayed in touch and I've often reached out to him to get advice. He's my go to source in several areas of the law.

Yes

Jason is very effective in representing his clients. One reason is that he does not take shortcuts. So many lawyers who work in social security or worker's compensation don't take time to prepare their clients. Or the lawyers don't have a focused understanding of their client's medical records. But Jason is always prepared and is confident he knows the facts and the law better than anyone else in the courtroom. I have found Jason to be very helpful when I have had questions about cases.

Jason knows the law because he puts in the work and he cares about his legal knowledge. So many lawyers stop learning but Jason is not one of those lawyers.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Most lawyers understand the basics but Jason goes beyond this to understand the "why" of the law. Whether he is dealing with personal injury or worker's compensation or whatever it might be -- he knows the foundation of the law which gives him an advantage over lawyers who merely know the surface.

Communication Skills: Excellent

You can watch Jason's videos to get an idea of his communication skills. He not only knows the law but he also can explain it in plain english which is tremendously helpful.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Jason is concerned about doing the right thing for his clients in the right way. Some lawyers take a "win at all costs" approach and will bend the rules. The danger is when they get caught, their clients often suffer the consequences. With Jason, he fights hard for his clients and he maintains the respect of the judges because he stays within the rules which often means he will get the benefit of the doubt.
