Jason Marcus represents whistleblowers in False Claims Act and other qui tam actions nationwide. His cases include Medicare and Medicaid fraud (hospital and physician billing, kickbacks, hospice and SNF, off-label pharmaceutical marketing, pharmacies), government contractor fraud, grant fraud, customs fraud, and HUD fraud. He has also represented whistleblowers reporting under the NDAA, IRS, and SEC Whistleblower Statutes. His office is in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area.
