Jason is a seasoned tax attorney with extensive experience in resolving tax controversies. He advises and represents clients in federal and California tax-related disputes, negotiating settlements and representing clients in tax audits, administrative appeals, and court proceedings. With a deep understanding of tax law and a commitment to his clients, Jason is dedicated to helping clients resolve and avoid tax disputes and minimize actual and potential tax liability, including international tax consequences.
Jason is a certified tax law specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law. He has served as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University and is a former member of the California Lawyers Association Taxation Section Executive Committee. Jason is a sought-after speaker on tax matters and a committed volunteer with the Justice and Diversity Center of the San Francisco Bar Association and other legal pro bono organizations.
