Jason Daniel Quick
Client-focused estate planning and probate lawyer who finds solutions.
I have had strong focus on helping people plan for life's events since law school, where I volunteered in our elder law clinic drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for low-income seniors. I also have over seven years of experience as an attorney for the United States Government working for the Social Security Administration and administrative law judges. I have extensive experience in working with administrative judges and appellate judges.
As an attorney, my role in estate planning is to help you achieve your goals for your property. Your goals may include things like ensuring that your estate avoids a lengthy and expensive probate process, helping protect your assets for the next generation or multiple generations, dealing with blended family issues and issues confronting modern families. I use my experience, having represented hundreds of clients as well as working in the government, to help you find comprehensive and cost-effective solutions. In probate cases, I work to help ensure an efficient and orderly administration of an estate.
We have the right education and experience to help you with your will, trust, or probate matter.
