Mr. Adler is a seasoned litigator who started out in the field of Workers' Compensation as an insurance defense attorney defending claims. However, he quickly realized his talent for negotiation and persuasion, and decided to use these abilities to help injured workers get the justice they deserve and to stop being bullied by large, resourceful insurance companies that do not have injured workers' best interests at heart.
Shortly after leaving the insurance-side, Mr. Adler began representing injured workers at the highest level. Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Adler managed a very large, state-wide Applicant's firm, advocating for injured workers all throughout the state of California.
Mr. Adler treats each of his client's cases as if it were his own. He leaves no stone unturned, fights aggressively and tenaciously until his clients receive the medical treatment they need and monetary compensation they deserve, and uses his previous insurance defense experience to his client's benefit in both the courtroom and at the negotiating table. Mr. Adler prides himself on keeping his firm "small" so that each client has his personal cell phone number and can reach him at all times.
