James Rasor

I had a custody case that Mr. Rasor's firm destroyed. I could have well represented myself, but I trusted this firm. It was a parade of misfiled court papers, the attorney showing up incoherent, if at all, not being aware of the facts, failure to take advantage of legal remedies when the opposing party was lying, and more. I was totally honest, and he botched the case. I have since found my attorney has been cited for misconduct in the past, and my complaint is not unique.
