Biography

Jimmy Ardoin is a partner in Jones Walker’s litigation group and focuses his practice on white collar criminal and civil litigation. He practices from the firm's Houston office.

Mr. Ardoin has a national practice representing clients in white collar criminal and civil litigation in both federal and state courts across the country. His experience includes representing individuals and companies in high stakes cases, including everything from health care fraud, securities fraud, bank fraud, and violations of federal foreign sanctions laws on the criminal side, to breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraudulent transfer of assets on the civil side. In addition to his litigation practice, he also helps companies with their internal investigations as well as responding to governmental investigations that the company might receive.

Mr. Ardoin has been named a Texas Super Lawyer in the area of White Collar Criminal Defense since 2015 and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in both White Collar Criminal Defense and Criminal Defense.
