- Activities: Jim is a member of the ABA Antitrust Section. He served as an editor to Antitrust Law Developments 2000 and contributed to The Merger Review Process, both of which were published by the Section. Since 2002, Jim has served on the E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co. to serve on its Commercial Litigation Practice Committee which explores litigation best practices for the company. In 2002, Jim was selected by his peers as one of the “Best of the Bar” attorneys in Kansas City. In 2006, Jim was elected by his peers as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" in the area of antitrust law. Also in 2006, Jim was named to Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers.
