James E. Benfer III
Mr. Benfer was born in Topeka, Kansas in 1954, and admitted to the bar in 1982. He is licensed to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas; the U.S. District Court for the District of Missouri; 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Topeka, and Kansas Bar Associations; and the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Benfer's areas of practice cover all aspects of personal injury law, including wrongful death claims, car accidents, injuries caused by defective products, construction site accidents, and workers compensation claims. He also handles selected family law matters.
