: Current; CS SCF Management Limited, Credit Suisse First Boston (now known as Credit Suisse), Credit Suisse First Boston (USA), CS Capital Partners, Ltd., and CS Structured Credit Fund, Ltd. Deventer et. al., v. CS SCF Management Limited, et. al. We represented several clients in defending against multiple claims, including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, and conversion of and unjust enrichment with respect to certain computer programs. Our clients also have asserted multiple counterclaims. Won motion for summary judgment dismissing the claims for conversion of two computer programs and for unjust enrichment resulting from the alleged conversion

: Current; Leucadia National Corporation IDT Telecom Inc. v. CVT Prepaid Solutions, Inc. Successfully opposed motion for preliminary injunction against Leucadia in connection with allegations of false advertising with respect to prepaid calling cards.

: Current; American Airlines Inc. Defended American Airlines in price fixing litigation As the news broke of multinational government investigations into price fixing in the air cargo industry in 2006, the class action plaintiffs' bar began filing treble damages lawsuits against many US and foreign airlines in various US courts. Weil Gotshal was retained to defend American Airlines Inc. and AMR Corp. in the investigations and in more than 38 private lawsuits initially naming them as parties. The Firm was successful in negotiating their not being named in the amended consolidated complaints filed in February 2007 by designated class counsel in the Eastern District of New York.

: Current; Thomas H. Lee Partners LP Private Equity Antitrust Litigation Lead counsel for Thomas H. Lee in connection with private nationwide antitrust class action litigation asserting broad ranging antitrust conspiracy claims against THL and other private equity companies.
