Friendly, responsive, and helpful Jacob was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a lot of anxiety trying to read through a work contract I received from a game studio, and Jacob helped alleviate those anxieties. He was upfront about his costs and figuring out what services he could provide that aligned with my budget. He read through the contract and provided detailed notes on which terms were common and expected, and which terms were worth raising an eyebrow or two. I now feel informed and empowered to work things out with the studio in a way that leaves both parties happy. Biography

I'm a lawyer who is also a game developer. I'm aiming to leverage that knowledge, both of the law and of working in creative fields, to help other game developers, content and video creators, board game designers, and other creatives make their dreams - and businesses - a reality.

I graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2022 where I took an interest in contracts and intellectual property. From there, I wanted to be able to combine it with my interest in the business of video games and other artistic fields.
