Jacob McDonald is an Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, PC in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He can assist clients with divorce and family law matters in Oklahoma County and the surrounding areas.
Before studying law, Jacob graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate and a certificate in American Indian Law from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Jacob then went on to earn his Master of Laws in Indigenous Peoples Law from the University of Oklahoma. Jacob is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.
Prior to joining Stange Law Firm, PC in Oklahoma City, OK, Jacob has spent time working for various legal organizations. He is currently a member of the Associate Board of Directors for Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, where he serves as the Block Party Chair for the organization’s annual 5k run. He also helped to create a student organization for poverty law while attending Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was able to lend his legal services to those in need. He also served as an intern for Oklahoma City University’s American Indian Wills Clinic, where he gained useful experience handling property law. Jacob prides himself on his research and writing skills, having earned both the Legal Research Award and the Advanced Legal Research Award during his time as a law student. He also received the CALI Award for Excellence in constitutional law during his time in law school.
Outside of assisting clients, Jacob is an avid cinephile and has a large collection of movies and television shows. He also enjoys writing short stories in his free time.
