Jack Dale Tolliver

Dr. Jack Tolliver is a Louisville personal injury lawyer and doctor who exclusively represents victims of medical malpractice throughout Kentucky. He is Kentucky's only doctor/lawyer and one of the few in the nation. Because of his experience in medicine, Dr. Tolliver has the edge when it comes to medical malpractice.
