J. Stephen Street
Mr. Street has more than 35 years of litigation experience in a broad variety of matters including complex business litigation, copyright and trademark infringement, intellectual property and trade secret litigation, officers and directors' liability, legal malpractice defense, contracts, real property, antitrust and trade regulation, franchisor/franchisee disputes, wrongful termination actions and other employment claims. He has been retained as insurance defense counsel in actions involving a variety of tort claims including premises liability, products liability,toxic torts, construction litigation and legal malpractice cases. His experience includes jury and bench trials, appeals, private arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings.
