J.L. Kelly

J.L. Kelly was named Bison ProFab, Inc.'s Executive Vice President and General Counsel in February 2015. As the chief legal officer and chief compliance officer of the company, Mr. Kelly oversees Bison’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, labor and employment law, development law, litigation, and corporate and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience in business and corporate law to Bison, including extensive experience across various industries in manufacturing, distribution and maritime. Most recently, Mr. Kelly served as Vice President with two companies simultaneously, where he oversaw the Operations Divisions but also provided legal counsel to the Board of Directors of both companies.

Prior to that, Mr. Kelly served as Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for for several Law Firms in Houston,Texas and Denver, CO, supervising corporate compliance and public policy.
