Ian Smith

Ian Smith was born and raised in Jackson, Wyoming. His parents were NOLS instructors so his childhood was filled with outdoor adventuring across beautiful Wyoming. He spends his free time in the outdoors; fishing and hunting with his father and mother, as well as skiing, mountain biking, and camping with his wife.

Ian spent his twenties exploring the world outside of Wyoming. He lived and worked for a small start-up company in Florence, Italy in his early twenties. He then moved with his future wife to the San Francisco Bay Area and was involved in another start-up focusing on Real Estate development and management. He received a Bachelor's of Science with Honors in International Business with a focus on Finance from the University of San Francisco.

Ian returned to his home state to get his Juris Doctorate at the University of Wyoming. He currently is an attorney practicing Bankruptcy Law for clients throughout Wyoming. Ian also practices law in the areas of Business Planning and Real Estate with his past experience in small business formation and real estate he has a practical and first-hand knowledge of how to help small business owners navigate the legal system.
