Hunter A. Higdon
I attended and played football for Harvard University in 1999. After graduating from Harvard in 2003, I chose to attend law school at Stetson University, the number one law school for trial advocacy in the country. During my time there, I was on Stetson’s Law Review and also earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Stetson’s School of Business.
After graduating law school, I jumped right in to trial practice and began handling employment law and personal injury cases. I tried my first jury trial within my first year of graduating law school in federal court, and I have tried a substantial number of cases to verdict in Florida and Tennessee since that time. I am licensed to practice in Florida and Tennessee in both state and federal courts. I was selected by Super Lawyers in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018, and I have been recognized as a Million Dollar Advocate and Multi-Million Dollar Advocate.
Achieving the best results for my clients is always my primary goal, but I also want my clients to know that I have their backs and will fight for them. I care deeply about my clients, and I will try my hardest to make sure they know how important they are to me. If you or your loved one ever needs an attorney, I would be honored to help.
