Enron CorporationLead counsel representing Enron Corporation and its affiliates in a series of proceedings seeking to recover hundreds of millions of dollars for the bankruptcy estate, including a proceeding involving a claim of over $300 million under an energy contract and a proceeding in which the Bankruptcy Court dismissed a competing claim by two surety companies to over $30 million in “excess collateral” that had been posted by an Enron affiliate in connection with an energy supply contract.

Sotheby’s Antitrust LitigationCo-lead counsel in a series of class action antitrust cases growing out of allegations of price-fixing in auctions. The cases were all settled with minimal disruption of the clients’ business.
