Unsatisfactory experience and negligence in my EB-2 NIW visa case
I hired the services of Benmelegal to manage my EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) visa application. My experience with the firm has been deeply disappointing and unsatisfactory.
Lack of knowledge of the law, processes and legal timelines: The firm
made serious errors in the initial application, including missing crucial information and submitting incorrect documents. These errors show a lack of knowledge of the law and processes for this type of visa.
Case Management Negligence: I was assigned a person within the firm who did not diligently handle my case. Despite USCIS' request for additional evidence, the firm did not adequately manage the delivery of the information, resulting in the visa denial.
Due to Benmelegal's errors, I lost 18 valuable months in the visa application process. More than $15,000 in fees. The firm's negligence has cost me a large amount of money in fees and payments.
After filing a claim for the errors committed, Benmelegal decided to terminate my contract prematurely without giving an explanation for the errors committed by them.
Conclusion:
I do not recommend the services of Benmelegal to anyone seeking legal assistance for an EB-2 NIW visa. Their lack of knowledge, negligence and unprofessionalism cost me valuable time and money that I will not get back. If you want to waste your time and money, this is your best option.
