Biography

Harry Drozdowski focuses on comprehensive estate planning for high net worth individuals and families. Whether drafting basic estate planning documents, such as revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advance health care directives, or resolving complex wealth transfer plans, Harry pays careful attention to both the legal impact of estate planning documents as well as the practical family impact.

Harry also represents individuals and professional fiduciaries in both contested and uncontested probate and trust administration matters. He shepherds clients through the trust administration process from start to finish, with careful attention to the many financial decisions they face.

With a specialization in exempt organizations, Harry advises individuals and tax-exempt clients regarding the drafting and administration of charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, annuity agreements, residential remainder agreements, and other philanthropic transfer devices.
