He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and he studied law at the University of Houston Law Center.
Before forming Gerlach Employment Law, he formed Harper Gerlach, PL. He practiced with Ford Harrison, LLC, as well as Bruckner & Sykes, LLP.
He has successfully defended a broad range of employers in both the federal and state courts. Gerlach concentrates his practice in the trial and arbitration of discrimination and sexual harassment claims, COBRA claims, contract and tort disputes, non-competition issues, and wage and hour matters.
