Miracle worker: No charges filed and DMV set aside If you’re feeling lost, guilty, and hopeless after a DUI incident, look no further. Ghazal put my mind at ease the moment I first spoke with her on the phone and made me feel sure that my case was in excellent hands. Don't miss out on choosing Ghazal Everybody makes mistakes sometimes in their lives. Whether it's buying an item, walking down a different road, or picking a fight at a bar. No one is perfect. Choosing Ghazal to be my lawyer, however, was without a doubt the best decision I made in 2022. I had, unfortunately, made one of the biggest mistake in my life by deciding to drive a friend home from a concert one night believing that I was fully capable of doing so. As it turned out I was definitely not in a position to drive, let alone drive someone else home. The authorities pulled me over from the highway before I harmed anyone. I spent the night in jail to sober up and to reflect on my actions. After being released I realized that I have a big hurdle to overcome. I'm now charged with a DUI/drug in my system. So many thoughts ran through my head: "What comes after this? Will I be able to plead my case? Will my job and career be affected by this?" There was just a mountain of stress that came crashing down. I spent about 2-3 weeks trying to figure out what to do by myself without letting anyone know because this was such a shameful experience. In a moment of weakness, I was bombarded with phone calls and letters and e-mails from all these groups that were trying to 'help' me with my case. I subsequently fell for one of these contacts that tried to cover themselves as part of the DMV, saying I need to pay these fees and do these tasks in order to get the best outcome for my case in court. Little did I know I was being taken advantage of. This was where Ghazal came in. My friend suggested that I look for a lawyer to help with my case so I began looking online and looking at reviews. Ghazal was the first lawyer I looked up and she seemed very promising from the get-go. I continued to look for other options but ultimately I went back and contacted her. I was given free consultation and I told her my situation. She was very understanding and empathetic. The way she communicated with me and assured that I would be okay through all of this made me believe that I chose the best person for this job. Once I hired her as my lawyer she immediately reviewed my case, discussed a timeline on what was going to happen, when, and where it was going to happen. She was vert stern, in the most positive way. She was very communicative and made sure that I was on my feet through the whole process. She even helped me with the group that scammed me out of a lot of money, noting that it had happened before to other clients. My case went on to last a little over a year, and with Ghazal's help, my charges were reduced to a dry-reckless. And during that whole year, I was constantly stressed and always thinking of "what am I going to do? Will I be okay?" Ghazal and I frequently kept in touch; she continued to reassure me and kept her cool. There were many court appearances during that time and Ghazal continued to challenge the court with the evidence to reduce the charges to as low as possible. In addition, I never needed to appear in court as she represented me. I am forever grateful for the work that she does because without her, my career and my life would have taken a sharp turn for the worst. You would be making a mistake not hiring Ghazal.
