Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Lloyd was a partner at Testa, Hurwitz Thibeault, where he was co-head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Core Competency Group, and an associate at Davis Polk Wardwell, where he worked in their New York and Paris offices. From November 2002 through December 2003, Mr. Lloyd worked in Hong Kong as the chief financial officer and general counsel for the Asian operations of one of his clients.
