Gail Otis

Gail P. Otis has represented individuals in family law matters, including divorce, modification, child support, alimony, asset and debt division, child custody, removal of children from the Commonwealth, contempt actions, and paternity, for over 17 years. In addition, she has been appointed Guardian ad litem in over 65 cases including family law and elder matters. She is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Since 2014, she has been focusing on helping parties to resolve their disputes through mediation, which typically results in a better outcome for the parties and family. In addition to her law practice, Attorney Otis has worked for a number of years donating her time and efforts working with local animal shelters to reduce the unwanted pet population, and has fostered animals in need of care and socialization. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Quincy Animal Shelter. She is an avid sailor and motorcyclist.
