Frederick (Rick) Gunion

Frederick (Rick) Gunion is a native of Miami-Dade County. He is a highly respected trial attorney with more than 39 years of courtroom experience representing clients in 22 counties in Florida's state and federal courts. He has obtained verdicts and settlements of more than $1,000,000.00 dollars, in excess of 25 times in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, texting-related accidents, negligent security issues, defective product litigation, medical malpractice cases and boating accidents. Mr. Gunion attended the University of Florida and obtained his Juris Doctor law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association, American Bar Association , The American Association for Justice and The Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr.Gunion has also been nominated for and voted into the highly prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Mr. Gunion devotes his free time to fishing and boating. He holds or has held 34 IGFA World fishing records.
