Eric was a consummate professional, but understands business. In my experience working with specialists, specifically in the legal profession, it has proven challenging to find those who are great at their craft but balance the desire to cover every single risk element with the need to deliver competed documents in a timely business manner. Eric was outstanding in helping to define the legal risks, but he understood how to focus on the items and issues that represented the largest aspect of risk. He did not bog down on less significant risks, thereby keeping the delivery of completed work on track and on time. As a business owner, I greatly appreciated that perspective which eliminated the need to monitor the billings and manage the attorney's time.
