Activities: Mr. Werkenthin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and was its Director from 1974 to 1976. He was also President of the Travis County Bar Association in 1972. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and was a Trustee from 1974-1979 and Chairman in 1976. He was also Chairman of the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation from 1979-1980. Mr. Werkenthin is a member of the American Judicature Society and the American Bar Association and is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
