For the past 45 years, i have provided quality legal services to businesses for all their legal needs, ranging from startups to multinational corporations. I regularly form limited liability companies and corporations, both for-profit and nonprofit. I provide general counsel type advice in all business areas.
I prepare and review contracts. I help with business succession planning and implementation.
I serve on several corporate boards of directors which gives me unique insights into the problems of businesses.
In addition to a general business practice, i have 15 plus years in trademark law, having filed hundreds of trademark applications, negotiated many coexistence agreements and have argued cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
