Forrest Lee Wagner
Practicing 34 years in Olympia, Washington, my practice is now limited to family law matters. I grew up in the once-great town of Aberdeen Washington, went to Whitman College and law school at Washington and Lee University in Virginia. I made a deliberate decision to establish a general practice in a small, but positive and growing community. Olympia was the perfect choice.
I founded my own firm in 1995, dedicated to quality, personal service. I serve as a Family Law Mentor for Thurston County Volunteer Legal Services. I have taught several law-related courses at South Puget Sound Community College, including family law, business law, and legal research. I have delivered many Continuing Legal Education courses, written a summary of child support law in Washington and I have even written a book on the Winning the Divorce Game in Washington which is designed to assist parties who are navigating the perils of divorce litigation, with or without a lawyer.
I absolutely love what I do, am never happier than when I am working on some project at my offce. Everything in family law is determined by relationships and successful and positive relationships with clients is integral to my philosophy. My practice is devoted to achieving optimal results, one client at a time.
