Too disorganized to file a simple case in six months Initially, Florian understood that my case needed to be expedited because I'm ill and suddenly unable to work. Unfortunately, he floundered around for six months and never filed my case. He had trouble learning the basic facts of my case so he had to redo documents several times. He lost vital materials and repeatedly complained that his secretary failed to organize things. He set three "firm deadlines" for filing the case and was unable to meet any of them. After the third, he abandoned my case - with no warning, without giving me time to secure another attorney, without sending my file. I now have six months of debt that I would not have if he had simply filed my case in a reasonable time frame. Knowing that, knowing my difficult circumstances – and knowing that he entirely failed to do the job for which he was hired – he insists on keeping the retainer.
