Faye Danielle Cox

Mrs. Cox’s practice includes estate planning, business planning, probate, trust termination, guardianships, adoptions, family planning, consumer law and real estate development. Mrs. Cox has been a speaker for seminars on the topics of real estate, contracts, estate planning, and the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and has provided testimony before the Ohio House and Senate with regard to changes to the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act as it relates to homebuilders. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mrs. Cox is also a licensed title agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. She is also a co-owner of Midland Title Agency of Union County and of Midland Development Services, LLC. Mrs. Cox lives in Marysville with her husband Jim Cox and her two children. Mrs. Cox is an avid gardener.
