Dangerous Neglect She is dangerous because she lacks any sense of responsibility to represent her client. That’s a pretty substantial issue. She accepted to represent me then neglected the case. It was an urgent matter which she knew when she accepted the case. Promised to help me. She advised that she alone speak with the opposing party in my case. Then, despite my calls, emails, and text messages, pleas that she respond to the opposing party who just wanted a simple answer. She forced the situation into an escalation. When I pleaded with her to reply to his attorney, she ignored that too. She forced the case into action against me. She refused to follow through. She caused me great personal harm and damage that could’ve easily been avoided. In her messages she SHOUTS at me in CAPITAL letters telling me to STOP COMPLAINING! Her behavior is an insult to me and attorney’s who practice the law with respect to their clients. I will pursue reporting her unethical behavior to the bar. This person should not be practicing law. Unfortunately I accepted the referral from my doctor-this is one of his family members. Because of this relationship I did not research her. But I just did and the reviews elsewhere are terrible. They say the same exact thing about Erin Aasland. Find an attorney that will see you as a person worth doing their job. Who will represent you with skill. Erin did absolutely nothing.
