Eric M Larsen
Larsen Law PLLC
As a former probation/parole officer and the son of a decorated homicide detective, my entire life has been connected to the criminal justice system. I've seen the inside of a prison, I know police tactics, and I've seen first-hand how our criminal justice system can be unfair.
My passion is standing up for folks who need someone knowledgeable and skilled in their corner to protect their rights.
My passion for standing up for what's right is also delivered in the representation of folks experiencing the challenges of a Divorce or Child Custody battles.
Having started my career primary focused on Family Law matters, I offer my experience and understanding during these difficult times.

- Q. What is minimum and maximum jail time for attempted aggravated robbery in tn
- A: Aggravated Robbery is a class B felony. An attempt would make that a class C felony. The punishment for a class C felony is 3-15 years depending on his range. His range is determined by the number of prior felony convictions. It's a bit more complicated and there are options other than spending all that time in prison.
- Q. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and my husband wants a divorce . In the state of TN can we get a divorce since I'm pregnant?
- A: The short answer is yes. I would suggest that you consult with a divorce lawyer. It is way too complicated to discuss on this forum.
- Q. What kind of punishment is my husband looking at? He had a suspended license and got busted for a DUI.
- A: DUI 1st offense is punishable with a minimum of 48 hours in jail and a suspended license for one year. How is case is resolved depends on many factors such as his record and the facts of this case.
